Is this system secure?

Your domains and accounts remain under your ownership at all times, and we do not act as a middleman for your email data.

Is this compliant with email marketing regulations?

Yes. VISION1st configures and authenticates your email infrastructure. We don’t send emails on your behalf. Compliance with regulations such as GDPR depends on how you use that infrastructure. We ensure your technical setup meets authentication standards. How you conduct outreach remains your responsibility.

Will I lose my existing data?

No. Your existing emails, attachments, folders, and account data remain intact throughout the process.
We do not read, store, or access your email content beyond what is required to complete the implementation.

Implementation & Compatibility

Will implementing this pause my operations?

No. The implementation is performed alongside your existing setup, allowing normal business operations to continue without interruption.

Does this sync with my current email provider?

Yes. Whether you use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or another sending platform, we work with your existing setup.
